Waiting List

I decided to add this form to my website to help insure a fair waiting list.  I have recently been receiving many, many requests from interested people and I wanted to create an easy form for them to use to let me know exactly what they are looking for and what time frame they are looking to purchase.  This makes it easy for me to place my bunnies in the right homes.  Please be as specific as you can with what you are looking for.

Please be assured that your information CANNOT be viewed by others!  Once you click on the "Submit" button, it comes straight to me via email.  I will then print out your form and keep a sorted list according to date received. 

Available bunnies will be offered to the waiting list (first come-first served) prior to being listed on the web site. 

A reminder of my sales policy:
To place a rabbit "On Hold" I will need to receive a 50% (non-refundable) deposit with 7 days of agreement to purchase.  You must make arrangements to pick your rabbit(s) up within a reasonable amount of time (decided upon by me) according to the rabbits age, show schedule, etc.  Rabbits not picked up within the time frame agreed upon will be offered to the waiting list again and then listed on the site.  You will forfeit your deposit.

I hate to have to make a strict sales policy, but since I have been starting to sell more rabbits, things have gotten out of control and I need to have some set guidelines at this point in time.
